Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1.     Validity: Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue and are subject to availability.
2.     Advance Booking: Please note that advance booking is necessary when using this gift voucher. Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred dates.
3.     Notification: Kindly notify us at the time of booking that you will be using a voucher. You must present the voucher to a member of staff upon arrival.
4.     Non-Refundable: This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund is available for partial use of the voucher.
5.     Expiration: No voucher will be accepted beyond its expiration date. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reissued.
6.     Transferability: Vouchers are transferable and can be used by someone other than the purchaser, but they are not redeemable for cash.
7.     Usage Restrictions: Vouchers can only be used for the specified services mentioned. They cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
8.     Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat your voucher as cash.
9.     Taxes and Service Charges: Any applicable taxes and service charges are included in the value of the voucher unless otherwise stated.
10.     Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to bookings made with a voucher are subject to our regular booking policies, including cancellation policies.
